Hi, I'm Briana.
I've been a professional writer for 15 years but spent an even longer time in the bar industry as an expert in:
⌲ nuances of world beer styles, slinging at a bar known for its 400+ varieties
⌲ marketing and sales at a Wisconsin brewery, promoting within two states ⌲ crafting original cocktails at a Four Diamond hotel, concocting tinctures and infusing spirits
All of this well-rounded expertise led to a steady gig writing about trends and operations behind-the-bar for a nationally-distributed magazine.
Then in late 2019 I quit drinking alcohol.
